Peruvian food was one of the main attractions of the restaurant festival "Taste of London". More than 50 thousand people attended this event that brought together important restaurants of the British capital. Chef Martin Morales' restaurant "Ceviche" was our national representative.
Peru brought with her one of her star products, the Peruvian lime, which was used in master classes to prepare cebiches and pisco sours. Visitors also enjoyed typical Peruvian music while attending cooking and cocktail-making demonstrations lead by restaurant "Ceviche".
Thanks to the success of the Peruvian participation in the festival, the objective was met to position Peru in front of the leading UK critics as a top culinary destination.
