The "Perú, Mucho Gusto" trade fair was a huge success in Huaraz

MINCETUR and PROMPERU organized the gastronomic fair "Perú, Mucho Gusto Áncash" ("Peru, tasty Ancash"), which was held from 6-8 October 2013 in the city of Huaraz."The fair boasted 75 stands where dishes were prepared from various Peruvian regions: Ancash, Huanuco, Huancavelica, Junin, Lima provinces, Pasco and Ucayali. Also present were renowned chefs such as Israel Laura, Giovanna Maggiolo, Eduardo Navarro, Edgardo Rojas and Jairo Felix.
