Cebiches, desserts, a diversity of fruits and vegetables, as well as drinks made with pisco; they could all be sampled at the Peruvian stand in the "Caminos y Sabores de Buenos Aires" trade fair, which took place on 6 July 2012.
The stand offered the best of peruvian gastronomy and products, including maca, annatto, soursop, quinoa, palm hearts, ají (a species of chili pepper), passion fruit and asparagus. There were also presentations of cocktails based on our national drink: pisco.
Caminos y Sabores proved to be the best opportunity to display the potential of the Peruvian cuisine: unique, ancestral and tasty.
