The young chefs of the Generation with Cause united for a noble reason, to raise funds for the residents of Cantagallo that lost more than 400 houses in a fire. This event was held on December 18, at the Producers Market of San Isidro, achieving a massive attendance of diners.
For the event called “Calle y Coma”, 3 thousand food rations were prepared with a varied list of delicious dishes such as cebiche, Amazonian food and another focused on culinary recycling, as well as various desserts and drinks.
Among the chefs who participated in the event were: Alejandro Acuña (Lima Sabrosa), Arlette Eulert (Matria), George Capristan (La Calé), Luis Romero Bellido (Koi Maki-Bar) Aldo Espinoza (La Quinta 615), Enrique Paredes Former chef of Barra Khuda), Jorge Tomita, Mayra Flores and Renato Kanashiro (Shizen), Dennys Yupanqui (Marañón Experiencia Amazónica), Palmiro Ocampo (1087 Bistro), Jorge Matzuda (Tzuru), Raúl Cenzano (El Taller), Rebeca Delgado (Pastelería) and Betsi Albornoz (El Populacho).
