At this international event, Miguel Fernández gave a presentation on art. He also commented on the role of the family in strengthening skills for people with disabilities.
After his speech, he masterfully performed "El Cóndor Pasa" and "Las Virgen del Sol". His discipline and effort are an example for the Peruvian youth.
