Peruvian alpaca fiber creates a sensation at major Italian fair

Peruvian alpaca fiber is in fashion! The well-known Alpaca del Perú brand took part for the first time in the Pitti Immagine fair, a major exhibition of the best fibers in textile production. The event took place from June 28-30 in Florence, Italy.

It featured a Peruvian stand promoting the qualities of alpaca fiber.

Exclusive brands such as Louis Vuitton, Versace, Hugo Boss, Prada, Christian Dior, Leon & Harper and Brunello Cucinelli took part in the major event. More than 450 attendees from European and Asian countries such as France, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, China and Japan had no hesitation in approaching the Peruvian stand, being amazed by the fine fibers produced by Peruvian alpacas.

Due to their renowned qualities in the fashion industry, these elegant fibers are creating a sensation among major purchasers and designers from all over the world seeking excellent-quality raw materials for their most exquisite collections.
