Mobile app "Peru Travel" is finalist in the international contest "The App Tourism Awards 2017"

The tourism boom is still a reality in Peru with the mobile app Peru Travel that has been selected among the finalists of the competition "The App Tourism Awards 2017", in the category "Destination Guide". The app, that is in three languages ??and provides important information on the tourist attractions of Peru, now competes with 'New York Walk and Explore' and 'Indonesia in your Hands 2016' for the first place.

The award will be held on Thursday, January 19 during the FITUR 2017 Madrid International Tourism Fair. The App Tourism Awards 2017 aims to recognize the best tourism applications, allowing access to information in an easy and dynamic way for the visitors, so they can enjoy a full travel experience.

The Peru Travel application was designed with a graphic line that reflects Peru's cultural diversity. Every traveler has the option to choose one of three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. It also has a search engine that allows the user to discover activities and tourist destinations according to his/her preferences.

Anyone who has a Smartphone can use the free Peru Travel app because it works on Android and IOS. Currently, there are almost 50,000 downloads of the application and it has a high rating (4.3 out of 5).
