José Moquillaza

José Moquillaza is a producer, promoter and a passionate researcher on pisco. He has managed to internationalize the flagship drink of Peru as a supplier of renowned Spanish restaurant "El Celler de Can Roca", the world s best restaurant in 2015. José has created bottles ready for pairing with the best food in the world: pisco inquebrantable and mistela Antiguas Familias, from the valleys of Ica; and the Quebrada de Ihuanco wine from the vineyards in Cañete. These three products are on the menu of the Spanish restaurant, Central Restaurant, Astrid & Gaston, and Maido. Moquillaza now has a new product: Albita, the first orange wine from Peru, elaborated from grape types "Italia" and "albillas". Shortly after being on the market it was included in the cellar of Astrid & Gaston restaurant.
