Julia Patricia Perez Echegaray

Patricia s film productions have been very successful and have had international recognition. After finishing her studies in Communication at the University of Lima, Patricia went to the United States to obtain a master s degree in Film production at Ohio University. While living in the United States, she took part in the production of famous TV series like Grey s Anatomy, CSI, and Criminal Minds. Patricia has directed two productions on Peruvian cuisine which have received major international awards. The first film was "Mistura: the Power Of Food" with which won first place in the Best Foreign Film category at the 2011 International Family Film Festival. Her second production "Finding Gaston" was the Best Culinary Film at the San Sebastian Film Festival. She has also received other awards at film festivals in Portugal and New York.
