Recognized Spanish pastry chef in charge of desserts at the "El Celler de Can Roca" restaurant, currently ranked third on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2017 list, and involved in promoting organic Peruvian cocoa through the preparation and creation of delicious desserts.
In 2014 Jordi Roca was chosen by the prestigious British magazine Restaurant Magazine as the Best Pastry Chef in the World, being the first pastry chef to receive this distinction. El Celler, for its part, has 3 Michelin stars, among other acknowledgments, and includes a Peruvian wine and Pisco on its drinks menu.
