Pago de los Frailes Pisco and Finca Rotondo wine are recognized as some of the best in the world at this prestigious international competition.
Peru shone at the prestigious Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB), which assesses the quality of distillates and wines from across the globe. Among the top winners, Pisco Pago de los Frailes (Puro Quebranta 2023) from La Caravedo Distillery was awarded the Grand Gold Medal, solidifying its status as a world-class distillate.
Other standout labels included Pisco Intipalka (Mosto Verde Acholado) from Santiago Queirolo and Pisco Tres Generaciones (Italia 2023) from Agroindustrias Tres Generaciones, both of which were awarded gold medals. These accolades highlight the expertise of Peruvian producers and the exceptional quality of Pisco, a true symbol of national culture.
More than 2,800 distillates from around the world competed in the Spirits Selection by CMB, held in Guizhou, China. Alongside Pisco, other Peruvian products, such as Black Whiskey from Don Michael Distillery and Kakawi Cacao Spirit, also received prestigious awards, showcasing the versatility and excellence of Peruvian distillates.

Peruvian wines also claim their spot on the podium
The Red and White Wine Session of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, held in Guanajuato, Mexico, recognized Peruvian wines among more than 7,500 entries. Finca Rotondo (Chardonnay 2023) from Bodega Viña Vieja and Vittoria Reserva (Cabernet Sauvignon 2019) from Bodegas y Viñedos Tabernero both earned gold medals, highlighting the growth of the Peruvian wine sector. Additionally, labels such as Finca Rotondo (Sauvignon Blanc 2023) and Vittoria Gran Reserva (Blend 2018) were awarded silver medals.
These awards not only highlight the quality of Peruvian products but also reflect the dedication of local producers to innovate and establish Peru as a leader in the alcoholic beverage industry.
