For the first time, the flagship events Perú Moda Deco and Alpaca Fiesta will be held together in Arequipa.
Joining forces to boost Peru's fashion and decoration industry, international buyers and top Peruvian companies in the sector are participating in this historic edition, aimed at promoting exports and strengthening business connections.
This initiative is expected to generate business prospects totaling USD 85.5 million over the next 12 months, with USD 50 million projected for Perú Moda Deco and USD 35.5 million for Alpaca Fiesta.

Alpaca Fiesta, organized by the International Alpaca Association (IAA), is the leading event in the alpaca sector, showcasing the value of Peruvian alpaca fiber. The event celebrates the heritage of high Andean communities and promotes sustainable alpaca breeding practices. When paired with Perú Moda Deco, it creates new business opportunities, strengthens the industry’s value chain, and accelerates its international growth.

It is worth noting that Perú Moda Deco is solidifying its role as the leading commercial platform for the clothing and decoration sectors in the country. It plays a key role in promoting Peruvian natural fibers in the international market and supporting export growth through trade fairs and business rounds.
During the event, a business roundtable will feature buyers from countries like the United States, Italy, France, Canada, and Brazil. A total of 153 national companies will showcase their offerings, including cotton garments for adults, babies, and children, alpaca products, decorative items, and private labels. Renowned brands such as Christian Dior, Balmain, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, and MM Lafleur will explore Peruvian proposals, generating interest in the country’s high-quality products and innovative designs.

Under the slogan "Back to the Origin – Thinking About the Future," Perú Moda Deco celebrates Peru's rich textile traditions while inspiring the development of a sustainable and fair industry. The event features activities such as fashion shows, factory visits, alpaca and llama competitions, and the "Young Creators to the World Contest." It also showcases the "Peru Textiles" exhibition, featuring offerings from companies in Gamarra and Chincha, as well as the international "Alpaca Awards" competition.
