Fashion is a universal language that transcends borders and cultures. In the heart of Japan, the Fashion World Tokyo (FaW) becomes a stage where fashion designers and entrepreneurs come together to celebrate creativity and innovation.
In its previous edition, this fair featured 569 exhibitors from 28 countries, and a total of 19,147 visitors from 35 nations, demonstrating its global significance.
This year, among the standout participants is a group of Peruvian companies that, through their alpaca products, not only bring elegance and quality but also strengthen the ties between Peru and Japan.
FaW is considered a gateway to the Japanese market and serves as a perfect showcase for the "Alpaca del Perú" brand and the alpaca production chain. This year, the Peruvian participation will take place in the "International Fashion Brand Expo" section.
The Peruvian companies represented at this event come from various regions, including Lima and Junín.
One of the prominent companies is Allpa, which has been dedicated to improving the lives of artisans in Peruvian communities for over 37 years. Their focus on innovation, design, and technology is all geared towards sustainability.

Additionally, the Alpaca del Perú stand will showcase the entire alpaca production process, from fiber to yarn, allowing buyers to experience the softness and quality of the fiber.
The surprise of this edition is a handmade alpaca kimono created by Andean artisans, a creation by designer Jorge Luis Salinas, who drew inspiration from Japan and the friendship between Peru and Japan.
