Peru Service Summit starts in Mexico

With business expectations in excess of US$ 25 million, the Peru Service Summit began in Mexico, a platform that will position and increase the exportable range of contents and business solutions for the service sector in one of the most important markets in Latin America.
Until March 8, 40 Peruvian businesspeople dedicated to architecture, BPO - collections, publishing, digital marketing, mining services and software will travel rounds Guadalajara, Sonora and Mexico City in search of investors and business partners.
The business roundtable and visits to companies are the main components of the event. In this context, the first Business Center for Peruvian Business Services will be set up overseas, with Guadalajara as its headquarters. A second office will be opened in Mexico City.
Recently, the first container with 30,500 publications, belonging to 14 Peruvian publishers, was shipped to Guadalajara, thanks to the coordinated work between the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) and Peru’s Foreign Trade Office (OCEX) of Mexico.
This is the second time that Peru Service Summit has been held in the Aztec country. The first edition took place in October 2018 and was very well received by investors, generating business opportunities of US$ 24 million.

Peru Service Summit is part of the Promotion Plan of PROMPERÚ's Services Export Department for 2019, which seeks to achieve exports of more than US$ 200 million in 14 countries in Latin America, Spain and the United States, benefiting 298 companies.
