Good news! The Commission for the Promotion of Peruvian Exports and Tourism (PROMPERU), through the event Promo: Market Intelligence Seminar with Trade Offices Abroad continued to generate business opportunities for Peruvian companies in international markets. The meeting took place on January 18 and 19.
During the seminar, economic and commercial counselors representing 28 markets provided members of Peru's foreign trade community with information about the characteristics of each market and what they offer for the Peruvian exportable supply to promote national exports.
The 19 economic and commercial counselors participating in PROMO are assigned to the following Trade Offices: Toronto, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Hamburg, Madrid, Milan, Paris, London, Netherlands, Sydney, Beijing, Shanghai, Dubai, Moscow, Japan, Taipei, New Delhi, Seoul, Mexico, Santiago de Chile, La Paz, Bogota, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Quito, and Panama.
On the first day of this event, counselors provided general information about the Food sector (including agriculture and fisheries), as well as the Manufacturing and Services sectors. Meanwhile, on the second day, the focus was on the Fashion and Decoration Industry.
Thus, the information received will be of great use for exporting companies and those with export potential, whether seeking to export for the first time or increase their sales in international markets
