30 September 2013 saw the start of the International Chefs Congress in New York and Marca Perú was on the scene.
Gaston Acurio and Hector Solís were the chefs representing Peru in this important culinary event that ended on October 01. They showcased peruvian cuisine in front of the crème de la crème of the world's leading food critics.
Star Chefs with a Peruvian flavour 2013 allowed the country to position herself as a culinary destination among American critics.
