Until Wednesday, January 31, our country will once again show off its culinary wealth and the quality of its world-renowned products at Madrid Fusión 2024, considered one of thE most important gastronomic events in Europe and the world.
Peru's participation seeks to consolidate the country not only as a gastronomic destination but also as a major international supplier. "Spain is a key market for the Peruvian tourism and trade industry. It is essential to promote strategies from PROMPERU to maintain the
positioning of our award-winning gastronomy, an inherent and vital component of tourism, in a space like Madrid Fusión," said Angelica Matsuda, executive president of PROMPERU.
Our stand at Madrid Fusión hosts live cooking presentations that explore five gastronomic categories: Seafood Cuisine, Recent Openings, Chifa Cuisine, Nikkei Cuisine, and Market Cuisine. Twenty Peruvian restaurants from different cities in Spain participate offering dishes for each category.

And as if that were not enough, our sectoral brands Pisco Spirit of Peru and Coffees from Peru are also present at Madrid Fusión 2024 to highlight the excellence and quality of Peruvian products.
