Peru among the 20 most beautiful countries in the world

Our country is among the 20 most beautiful countries in the world, according to an online survey recently conducted by the British travel guide Rough Guides, which invited its readers to choose the country that inspires them most to travel.

“This geographically varied country is a worthy winner of a spot in the top twenty. The Amazon jungle, seemingly endless deserts and lofty, snow-capped mountains are just a few of the reasons to come”, says the Rough Guides site about Perú

In the list of the most beautiful countries is Scotland first, followed by Canada and thirdly New Zealand. They are also on the list United States in ninth place and Mexico in the 12th place.

In the case of Peru, it appears in the list occupying the position 16.
