A showcase for our gastronomic diversity
From January 27 to 29, Pavilion 14 at Madrid Fusión will serve as the stage for Peru to showcase the best of its culture and gastronomic identity. Gaston Acurio will be one of the main guests, demonstrating our signature dish, Cebiche, and unveiling the opening of his restaurant La Mar in Madrid, a move to continue showcasing Peruvian cuisine to Europe.
