Chef Christian Bravo is very versatile, just like his food creations. Besides working in a kitchen surrounded by pans and stoves, he also works as an entrepreneur, TV host, DJ, commercial announcer, graphic designer, and 3D animator. Christian has specialized in Restaurant Management at Le Cordon Bleu Peru and has been certified as Executive Chef Instructor by the World Association of Cooks Society (WACS). He is an honorary member of L Academie Culinaire de France. Furthermore, He is the first Latin American chef to take part in the Olympic Torch relay in London 2012. Christian runs the Restobar, offering dishes he calls "cosy gourmet food" as he tries to serve original dishes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
