This chef is a specialist in Peruvian food, pastry, and traditionally cooked food. He has successfully taken part in several international festivals in Japan, London, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Taipei, and more. He is also the chef instructor at the main cooking schools in Peru. He is also a member of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management from the San Martin de Porres University, and founding member of CECOMER (Conservatory of Peruvian Cuisine). Flavio has also participated in conferences on Peruvian food at several universities in North America and works as the host of TV programs about Peruvian cuisine.
