PERU promotes itself as a great adventure destination at the 2017 Silk Way Rally

With the start of the 2017 Silk Way Rally, the most important rally raid race of the middle of the year, Peru will reveal the qualities of its destinations that make it an ideal place for the practice of adventure sports as well as having a great capability of hosting high-performance sports competitions. By the end of 2017, Peru will host the Marathon Des Sables, and the 2018 Dakar Rally in January.
Peruvian geography offers intrepid travelers diverse options for the practice of adventure sports ranging from activities on the coast like surfing, kayaking, sandboarding, mountain biking, motorcycling, trekking through the Andes and jungle among other activities. These videos will have a special emphasis on Paracas, San Juan de Marcona, Arequipa and Puno, places where the Dakar Rally will take place in early 2018.
