Ten Peruvian companies participated in the ‘2016 SIAL Canada Fair’, concluding sales and business agreements for US$ 11 million dollars, with the support of MINCETUR (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism), proving once again that Peruvian products are in high demand in other countries.

Peru Hall conquered several international investors introducing products like quinoa, cacao, chia, fresh and dried fruit, maca, legumes, and vegetables; and also yogurt and ice cream toppings.

SIAL Canada gathers food industry professionals every year. Montreal hosted this year’s edition and introduced 700 exhibitors from 34 countries, welcoming over 13,000 visitors from 60 countries. During the event, they had access to more than 50 conferences and seminars, including SIAL Food Hub for the first time.

Chamber of Commerce of Lima (CCL) invited all Peruvian companies to the 2016 SIAL Fair, finally selecting the following ones: Agritrade, Agronegocios Los Angeles, Corporacion Natural Green, Danper Trujillo, FYD Inversiones, Globenatural Corporacion, MG Natura Peru, Quinua Andina, Villa Andina, and Wiraccocha del Perú.
