CIIE 2024 offers a valuable platform to showcase Peru's iconic products, including superfoods, fishery and aquaculture products, textiles, handicrafts, and high-quality manufactured goods. These products are highly regarded in the Chinese market, thanks to Peru's reputation as a supplier of high-value, premium-quality goods.

China is currently Peru's largest trading partner, representing about 30 % of its exports. Since the signing of the Free Trade Agreement in 2010, bilateral trade has grown steadily, strengthening a relationship built on the exchange of goods, services, and cooperation in strategic areas such as technology and agricultural innovation.
In addition to trade in goods, there are significant opportunities for Chinese investment in key sectors of the country, including infrastructure, energy, mining, and agriculture. These investments bring mutual benefits, fostering economic growth and the development of sustainable projects with a strong social impact.
