The Centro de Convenciones de Lima (Lima Convention Center) will bring together Peruvian producers and buyers from Europe and the Americas to showcase the quality, sustainability and diversity of Peruvian cacao.
From July 16 to 19, the Lima Convention Center will become the epicenter of the chocolate industry during the XVII International Cacao and Chocolate Show 2026. The event's seventeenth edition will open its doors to showcase the excellence, diversity and identity of Peru's export offering to the world.
With PROMPERÚ's strong commitment, this flagship event aims to position Peru as the global birthplace of cacao. The strategy focuses on reaching priority international markets by attracting leading buyers and importers from Europe and the Americas who are seeking premium-quality cacao beans.

Featuring more than 200 national and international exhibitors, this edition is set to reinforce Peru's leadership as a hub for fine-flavor cacao. Over four days, attendees will be able to take part in forums, business matchmaking sessions, competitions, live chocolate demonstrations, tastings, interactive experiences, fashion shows and much more.
Established in 2009 and inspired by the renowned Salon du Chocolat in Paris, the event has grown into Peru's premier gathering dedicated to the cacao and chocolate industry. Following sixteen successful editions, it continues to bring together stakeholders from across the value chain to exchange knowledge and technological expertise and build valuable business connections.
The success of this format was evident in recent editions, which attracted thousands of visitors and hundreds of producers from across the country. Last year alone, participating exporting organizations generated business opportunities estimated at up to US$32 million, marking a milestone for the sector.
