In turn, it is necessary to chop onion and brown it in the pan along with yellow chili pepper and garlic to create a tasty dressing. Add quinoa and half a liter of water until it breaks the boil. In this part, you have to pay close attention because the water may dry up. In that case, it is necessary to add a pinch of oregano and mix progressively for a few minutes.
Then, place peeled and chopped potatoes when the stew is boiling. In a matter of minutes, the potatoes will cook. The final touch comes with a splash of milk, pieces of cheese, salt and huacatay.
