More than 20 hours demanded the preparation of "The world's largest rocoto relleno" (stuffed pepper), which was made by more than 100 people in the Plaza de Armas of the City.
For its elaboration was used 2800 units of rocoto, 500 kilos of meat, 320 kilos of onion, 400 units of egg, among other ingredients.
Judge Natalia Ramírez verified the compliance with the procedures demanded by the international organization and supervised, one by one, the details of the preparation of the rocoto relleno.
