Lima Tech Week 2024: A boost for technology innovation in Peru

The event will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, and tech experts.

To strengthen Peru's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, Lima Tech Week 2024 will take place from November 4 to 10. As one of the country’s key tech events, it will gather leading industry figures, entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals from both Peru and abroad to explore the latest trends and advancements in technology and innovation.

Key to Peruvian technological growth

This event has become a key platform for the growth and development of Peru’s technological ecosystem, fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors.

A range of activities aimed at boosting innovation and entrepreneurship in the country will be held. These include high-level conferences, panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions for entrepreneurs, as well as networking events and pitch competitions for startups. These activities aim not only to update participants on the latest technological trends but also to create business and collaboration opportunities among various stakeholders in the sector.

As part of Lima Tech Week 2024, PROMPERÚ will host the 4th High Technology Investment Meeting. This event will offer Peruvian technology entrepreneurs a unique chance to present their projects to potential international investors, aiming to secure investment agreements that could drive the growth of startups and innovative projects in the country.

Fact: 

• Lima Tech Week 2024 is organized by the Peruvian Seed and Venture Capital Association (PECAP) in collaboration with key players in the sector, including Qapu Ventures, Alaya Capital, Salkantay Ventures, SHIFT - Innovation Community, EMA Ventures, the University of Lima, and PROMPERÚ.
• The inaugural Lima Tech Week was held in 2023, featuring 21 partners and 17 events. It successfully fostered networking and the creation of new business opportunities. This year, the impact is expected to be even greater, further establishing Peru as a leader in innovation and technology in the region.
