Peru ranks among the best countries in the world Condé Nast Traveler magazine award

Peru was included in the coveted 'Top Countries in the World' list, which is annually compiled by the travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler, through the 'Readers' Choice Awards' survey conducted among its readers.

"These awards encourage us to continue working for the development and professionalization of the tourism industry, providing high-quality, reliable and safe services for the more than 4.4 million travelers who visit us each year. Having satisfied tourists results in higher foreign exchange earnings for our country that benefit all Peruvians", said the executive president of PROMPERÚ, Luis Torres Paz, after learning the result of the award.

Furthermore, the private tourism sector was also recognized in two categories, headed by the Peruvian chain Aranwa and its hotels in Cusco in one of them:
